1985 Volvo 740 GLE turbo diesel
Hi, I'm new in the forum and will appreciate if someone have a vaccum diagram or at least a right side engine picture of the small vaccum hoses to post, that is because I have this car with the engine disassembled and I can't figure out were they are belong. I was able to start the engine but because the vaccum liquing I don't have the brakes booster operating and the transmition is shifting crazy, any help will be appreciate. Thank you
The vacuum diagram is on the fender well. The hose from the vacuum pump goes directly to the brake booster.
The ZF transmission doesn't use vacuum. The kick-down cable from the throttle pulley to the trans should have a 1/4" gap from the cable stop to sheath for it to work correctly.
