Hi all, I bought a 740 recently but it will need a couple of parts eg, indicator lense is broken, possibly need 2 glass headlight lenses couple new seat belts) to get it on the road and through registration. I’m living in Australia and I was wondering if anyone knew any good sites for getting parts or is there a different model that someone is braking (940/240) to get similar parts. Mostly all cosmetic parts is what I need as mechanical parts can be sourced. Any and all help is appreciated

 

I just finished replacing the entire braking system (except for the rigid brake lines from the master cylinder to the wheel wells) in my daughter's '88 740T sedan. My father-in-law bought it new in 1988, and it's been in the family ever since. 180k miles and going strong! I've upgraded the suspension and installed an apple carplay receiver, but it's otherwise super original. It's a looker!
