randomly replacing parts without diagnosing there's an actual problem with them just makes fixing things harder. there's no guarantees the new parts are any good, you could be replacing good parts with bad.

at this point, I would bring the car back to the mechanic and have them troubleshoot it. its just too complicated to play 20 questions on a forum and diagnose problems without actually seeing and touching them.
