1988 740 turn signals and brake light
Trying to fix the rear right side brake light and left rear turn signal. On the right brake light, light bulb holder is not seating correctly and is loose. There may be a piece broken off the light assembly so when you turn the light bulb holder it wants to slip out instead of tightening in place. Any way to fix without replacing light assembly?
On the left turn signal everything looks good but the blinker just Blinks quickly up front and nothing in the back. I haven't got out there with a volt meter yet (too darn cold) hope to try that on the weekend
Any thought

I had the turn signal bulb out. If you slide it in, don't turn it and press alittle., the turn signal works. If you turn it into the lock position, it doesn't work.
I inspected the bulb holder electrical tabs and the exposed copper on the circuit film and things look ok but it doesn't make good contact when in the lock position.
It seems odd that the contact is bad.
