Hello everybody! I need some help. I,m looking for any feedback and responses regarding an inexpensive 760 I am buying. The car looks great and on monday I will take it for a test drive. Currently it has an altenator or regulator issue which seems simple enough to resolve. My question is , what should i be concerned about when I look at this car? It has 175000 miles. In the online pic it looks like the rear end is sitting alittle low. Does this car have load leveling suspension? Any feedback would be appreciated.

 

You would have to look at the shocks to know if they are load leveling ro not.

Most likely a Voltage regulator.

Depends on how the car was kept on things to look for.
Surf the 740 section for common problems.

 

Thank you for your input. The regulator is an easy fix. I have surfed the 740 and 760 threads but havent found much of anything for the year and model in question. I'm especially concerned about the reliability of the b280 engine. any other help would be appreciated.
