Default 1990 740 wagen water in oil ?

Head gasket is not blown so how is water getting in the oil

How do you know the HG is not blown? Not too many other ways for the water to get in the oil...

Did you pull the head to see where the leak is. Did you do a compression test. How about bubbles in the coolant tank. No other place for it to come from .
