Ok so heres the update, it was a bad head gasket, warped head and stripped head bolts...
I've got the gasket and head milled back flat, I'm just waiting for the head bolts to come in on Tuesday or Wednesday!!

Is there anything else I should do or check for while the head is off other than timing belt and inspect my seals?

i'd slap a new oil separator box on there, unless your old one is in really good shape.

I'd replace ALL the hoses, coolant, vacuum, PCV, etc.

check the condition of the 'harmonic damper' on the main crankshaft pulley, those wear out.

if your engine has EGR, I'd ream out the EGR pipe as they clog up.

Alright pierce, I'll do all of that, I had planned on replacing the oil separator box anyway because there was all kind of gunk in my throttle body and intake(I'm guessing a new oil separator box will fix that). But I honestly didn't even think about replacing hoses until you said something, Thanks!
