Alright i have the resistor bought and vdo blower motor ready i just need the fan and the "switch". When i look on FCP euro i get this 80$ "switch" then when i look at IpD guide it looks totally different. So is this the correct switch? if not please show me the correct switch.

I believe thats not the fan switch, thats the AC thermoswitch. the blower switch for a 1993 240 is part 1323849 per my VADIS catalog, and is apparently NLA from the mothership. https://www.volvopartswebstore.com/p...0/1323849.html

your best bet is a junkyard, find another 240 with the same dashboard HVAC controls as yours, probably 1989+, and cannibalize the part.
