My blower motor is working intermittently. Sometimes when the car is started, the blower motor works great and hot air is pushed into the cabin. A lot of times the blower motor doesn't start when the car does, and will never turn on, but there will be a small amount of warm air being pushed into the cabin while the car is moving.

I swapped the ECC unit and put a new blower motor in and it's still doing the same thing. (It works randomly when the car is started up, and other times it wont come on.)

also, when it DOESN'T work the AC and REC lights will flash simultaneously after starting the car

sidenote: it's dependant upon when the car turns off if the blower motor will run or not. when the car starts and it works, it works great the entire time i'm driving unless i turn the fan to off then randomly it might not come back on.

OR if the car starts and the blower motor doesn't want to turn on, the AC and REC(or w/e it is) lights will flash simultaneously a few times as the car starts

 

try going to manual and putting the fan speed on high. If it works then, the problem is in the ballast resistor that regulates the fan speeds (except at full speed the resistor is bypassed)
