How do i change the headlight lens?

do you have the version with separate fog lamps, or just with a single large headlight? is this the US or Euro car (you didn't indicate where you are).

the single large headlight on the US cars at least, has to be swapped as an assembly, the lens is not a separately replaceable item.

If it's e-code, 4 metal clips hold the lens on. If it's US spec, this is the typical lens replacement...http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Volvo...Q5fAccessories

True, BUT in reality these pastic lenses "fall off" due to the glue holding them to the housing just drying up. If this is the case you can just reglue it with some silicone; if the lens is broken you can probably still remove it. Getting another NEW lens without the housing is hard (no one sells them), but I see plenty in the junkyards that have come off from the housing.

by the time the lenses fall off, they are usually rather cloudy and yellow.
