Default 240 running light question

Is there a shared connection between the front and rear running lights? (1991 240 sedan)
Neither my front or rear driver's side running lights will work, the rest lights/signals do.
Bulbs tested and good.
Thanks!

I believe all 4 parking lamps are wired to the bulb-out-sensor, but I don't have the wiring daigram in front of me right now.

Everything gets power through the gulf failure sensor as Pierce said. the only other link that would directly effect only the left/right side would be the fuse

fuse 15 is the left
fuse 16 is the right
