Bob-look behind/under the dash for a White wire with a red stripe, that's the factory tach wirew and that's all you need. For lighting tap into the dash lites over the switch panel and ground to the upper left corner of the console frame. You can get the small gauge bezel from Volvo for $5 or so, it snaps over the gauge and makes everything look factory.
