Default 44 ft-lbs on tie rod end nut

Hello folks,

Just want to doublecheck that the torque is 44 ft-lbs for the tie rod end nut for my wife's 1993 940. This is the one with Koyo steering rack and aluminum control arms. That torque setting isn't going to damage the aluminum control arm, is it?

Thanks.

That's what Autozone's repair guide says:

"14. Connect the tie rods and tighten their nuts to 44 ft. lbs. (60 Nm)."
