Well today I tackled the struts and they were not as bad as I thought. I had to cut the sway bar supports but other than that it went pretty good. Took me 3 hrs to remove the 1st strut and 1 hour to remove the 2nd. It's a quick learning curve. I got a buddy who has a snap on spring removal unit and that went pretty quick. Only took me about 1/2 hr to do both struts. Oh if you remove the lower ball joint it makes it simple. I replaced the ball joints also. Cars got 333,650 miles on it. 89 740 with original struts and ball joints.
