Just purchased a 2000 C-70 convertible. After hitting the eject button on the radio I recieve an error message. I can't pull the 3 CD cartridge all the way out. It comes most of the way out before hanging up on something. Tried pushing it in again and trying again but to no avail. Same thing over and over. It also appears that the cartridge is inserted into another "holder" and this also comes most of the way out. And on this holder is written "don't touch CD while playing" or something similar to this. Any help would be appreciated big time.
