Sunroof my %$$!
Help! I have a wonderful 745 that would be the perfect car if it weren't for this large rectangular hole in the roof which during or after rain intermittently dumps large amounts of water in my lap! It's manual, and Yes, I have it closed, the outer seal is new, I've blown air throught all four drain hoses, and had it in to a Volvo specialist twice who the last time RE+RE'd it and supposedly rebuilt it. It happens mostly when it's parked on the curb, IE leaning toward the right. I hop in and drive it, all seems well until I turn or brake then SPLASH, wet angry driver. The LEAST they could have done was put a water resistant headliner in it! It rains 9 months of the year where I live, any suggestions besides a caulking gun?

If they rebuilt it then they should have inspected the drains really good.
I would take it back and make them fix it.
