I am replacing the power steering rack in my 79 245. My current (leaky) rack is a ZF 7840955 (103). I have a good replacement that is a ZF 7840115. Question...Are they interchangeable? The mounting points and methods appear to match and they are very similar in appearance. It looks looks like the two fluid line banjo bolts are the same, as well. Will some of you Volvo wizards please chime in before I proceed? Thank you in advance.

 

If they really look identical you should be alright, what else can go wrong?
