I am having a no start problem now. In trouble shooting I found that there is no power to the #5 fuse. Jumping it engages the external pump. However it still does not start. The primary ignition seems in order (good spark) Any suggestions?

which engine (B23F ? B21 something? or what?) and fuel injection does your 83 have? on the CIS cars, fuse 5 gets its power from the fuel pump relay, like here's an 81... http://www.k-jet.org/files/greenbook...els_part_1.pdf and see page 12...
