90 240 odometer not working

90 240 odometer not working

My odometer stopped working for the previous owner at about 200K. How can I get it working again?

putting the new gear in worked for my 1988 240. Really an easy fix. I'd assume it's the same problem. The small gear loses a few teeth and the odometer quits working.
