Default 90 Volvo 240 Low Side A/C port

My 240 doesn’t have a low side port to recharge the A/C. The last owner said they converted the A/C system to 134a, and there is a sticker on the compressor that states it was converted. So can anyone give me some advice on what my options are to get the A/C working again. Thanks

Never heard of a system without a low side charging port. If converted to 134A then the low charging port will be on the receiver drier can.

I have a line coming out of the firewall on the passenger side that has a port. Which is the high side port that same line goes into the drier can which is right behind the passenger side headlight. There is a port that has a metal cap on top of the drier. Is that my low side port? Thank you for your help!

It should be and it should have a larger fitting on it then the high side. Take a picture and post it and lets see to make sure.
