After the ECU siesta, the radio give me EEE code. According to the user's manual, it should ask me for a "CODE" after two hours. But it didn't. I tried disconnecting the battery for a while but the same code EEE shown. How do I reset the radio? Thanks

 

You will have to leave the key in the 1st position with only the radio on.Then let it sit for 2 hours and then it should say code.Some times it could take up to 4 hours to reset.

After the EEE changes to code...whats the code to get the radio back on?

 

The code is specific to your radio for antitheft purposes, and can be obtained from the Volvo dealer by providing them with the VIN of the car, assuming that this is the original radio that came with the car, otherwise the radio has to be pulled out and the code looked up according to its serial number. The Volvo dealers usually provide this service for free.
