Default '91 740 new member - lugnut question

Hi all,
Sorry, I guess this is a very noobish question from a new member but I can't find the answer online; I've just spent half an hour searching.

I just bought this 1991 Volvo 740 in November from an enthusiast; it had 149k miles when I bought it, 156k now, and it's going strong.

It came with three extra wheels, so I bought a fourth and mounted snow tires on them. Now I'm ready to switch back to the summer wheels/tires, but I can't figure out what the lugnut size is to remove and switch out the wheels. Measuring with a ruler they seem to be around 3/4" but is it a metric size?

Thanks!

3/4 inch and 19mm are interchangeable. The difference is .05mm, not even a tenth of a millimeter. No socket is that tight. 25.4(3/4)=19.05mm, that's the conversion. I just worked this out recently, so I had to share it.
