Smile 91 740 B230F timing belt

Replaced 3 front engine seals -no leaks.Vehicle now difficult to accelerate and after 15 miles quits. A restart shows symptoms of an overheat-sluggish engine.Temp gauge normal Could I be a tooth off on the timing belt install or something else??
Thank You for time and input.

I have always read that if you are one tooth off the engine won't start so I am assuming that your problem is something else.

One tooth won't keep the engine from starting. This may be the reason for the bad performance.
