Default I DID IT! I fixed broken timing belt 92' B230F

I feel like I'm excepting an award I would like to thank my producers, my agent, and all the volvo forum people out there helping us stick it to the Man-chanic in orderto earn our black oil wings. lol

My next question deals with the torqueing of the crankshaft bolt: do I really need to torque the crankshft bolt to 60Nm (44 ft-lb) and then an additional 90 deg. turn? what would you do if you were stuck on an empty streatch of highway without a torque wrench?

And what's the deal with the additional 90 deg. turn?
