Hi, this is my first post to this forum.

I have a 91 745 turbo that I have owned for a number of years. We parked this car about 3 years ago, at that time it had stopped shifting into 4th gear and was blowing some smoke.

My son and I decided t oget it on the road again. It did start with very little trouble and after a good washing everything was as it should be.

We have a few problems, the turbo needs to be rebuilt, not a problem but it the process off taking it apart the turbine shaft broke leaving only 2 threads. my plan is to have it welded and rethreaded, however if a replacement tubine is available I would like to replace it. Has anyone had to buy this part? If so where from? I would also like to find a good rebuild kit for the turbo. any recomendations?

Next is the sunroof. it was leaking and we pulled it out, we found that is has a broken guide. I need to find that part. so again if anyone has a source?

I think the tranny problem is a seliniod, my plan is to just remove it and put in a plate.
