760 turbo, time to replace turbocharger? smoking oil..

See pic, just starting to get a small oil leak past turbo, leaking on to pipe and smoking. Is this tell tale sign that turbo seal is bad and time for replacement?

This is a normal sign. If consumption isn't too bad overall and you don't have a smoke screen behind you all the time, it'll ride for a while.
