92 940 keep blowing fuel pump fuses

92 940 keep blowing fuel pump fuses
I have a 92 940, last week I blew both fuel pump fuses. I took it to a non Volvo auto shop. They replaced fuel pump, still blowing fuses. Any help at all would be much appreciated.
