Default 92 volvo 240: replacing cam plug

Oh sages: How in sam hill do you remove the old seeping cam plug? Got the valve cover removed. Can see old plug with mirror. No. 5 bearing cap appears to be cast in an integral fashion and not removable like the others. (Thought if it were removable I could push the plug out.) Of course there are only a few microns (exaggerating, but not by much) of working space between the plug and the firewall. All and all it its fun, but barely.

Well no luck in finding a non-damaging method of getting the plug out for today. I did service the pcv flametrap etc. last week. I cleaned the oil and grime off the old cam plug. I'm going to button up the valve cover and watch to see if the plug leaks now that the crankcase pressure is hopefully reduced by the pcv service.
