93 240 jerks when foot off gas!

93 240 jerks when foot off gas!
Recently rebuilt the top half of my 93' 240 classic. (Head leaking coolant into oil) New air flow bypass valve, knock & oxygen sensors. One injector replaced (leaking) and new fuel pressure regulator.
SYMPTOMS: Idle rough and pulsing. Good power and acceleration, but once I take my foot off the gas the car jerks! I press the clutch and it stops. Also a note: must press gas to start or car jerks!
TEST: Did test on the ECU ignition module (LH-2.4) and the oxygen sensor and throttle switch did not register continuity. No error codes on onboard test unit. Test at Air Mass Meter - no burn off - per Bentley replace ECU??? Tested Throttle switch- needs replacement. I'll replace the ECU and throttle switch and hope for the best!
