Default 92 Volvo 240 stalls when warm...

After twenty minutes to thirty minutes of driving with stops and idle time eventually engine will cut off at stops or when breaking in traffic. Will always start back up and run at cruise. Notice problem only happens when weather is warm or hot. Suspect the EVAP system but not sure....or oxygen feed back system? The fuel pump relay has been changed...ignition tune up....distributor...spark plugs...and wire off the alternator maybe d+ or d-...which probably came loose from eradicate idle. Changed mass air flow sensor also. Only code I get from the EFI is 2-3-2 for a Fuel system compensating for rich or lean mixture at idle.

Hi Fred, welcome to the site.

Check vacuum lines and especially the tube that comes off the MAF. May have a hole on the underside.

Im having the same issue with my 92 740. Cleaned up MAF sensor and cleared alarm. Now car dies after driving 20 minutes and no check engine light. Swapped out white relay box behind ashtray and still wont start. Can hear fuel pump come on when starting but car will not start.
