Whenever I cut my headlights on, it causes my fuse to blow, leaving me without headlights and brakelights. The mechanic said I need a bulb integrity sensor module, but I cannot find one anywhere on the internet. Does it have a different name, because it doesn't even come up in web searches. Could someone point me in the right direction to find one? Thanks.

It seems unlikely that the module would blow fuses.

It's also easy to bypass. One of my headlights shorted out and killed the sensor, so I just jumpered that function out. Anyone with a soldering iron can do it. So, my sensor no longer reports dead headlights, but the other circuits are still monitored.
