Default Hesitation when taking foot off brake in Drive

Hey guys, I have a 2002 S60 2.4 (auto, 50k). I've had this issue for a while now, and I'm getting tired of it. When stopped, I'll take my foot off the brake and go to accelerate, but there is a slight hesitation before I start driving off and it kind of lurches forward. Of course the dealer can never replicate the issue, so what could it be? Thanks in advance!

It's the Stop Neutral funtion on your auto tranny.

It's a common headache for many.

It's a software program feature that was added to help in with emissons when the car is in idle (waiting for a light or at a stop)

Dealer can remove it but it will cost you.

Does anyone know when this feature was removed, because my 05 seems to do this, but only slightly.
