Default 940 rusty trannsmission pan leaking

I have 2 leaks - one is a rust hole in the side of the trans. pan, the other is a rotted line from trans. to rad. I will be replacing both lines (trying to build my own before going to Volvo) with 5/16" gas line.

Not sure what to do with pan. I can't find a used one, so called my dealer. I'll see if they have it on order for me Monday. I thought about JB weld , but there is lots of rust.

From research on the web, I'll be using Volvo part 3520329 (2 pcs) for filter gasket and NAPA for the pan gasket.

The main question is "will heat help break loose the filler pipe?". I'll be trashing the pan any way, so no issue there. But will the fill pipe take it?

Thanks.

Only you can find out once you try to remove it--probably not. Under the best of conditions that pipe is a bear to get off. Rusted, good luck. I am surprised you can't find those parts used. There are all over the West Coast...
