940 Water pump problem

940 Water pump problem
Water pump on 940T was previously installed by an idiot. I can get all bolts and nuts off except the red heater pipe bolt. It simply spins and won't come out. Any ideas?
Nevermind guys. The culprit appears to be locktite and form-a-gasket. Think I got it.
