Default 940 won't start

great forum can anyone help me
i have had service on940 were i was told the turbo was worn and slightly smoking .Whilst on the motorway i had a pop sound on the lower rh side then the emissions light came on and it stalled .i managed to start it and get home i took it to the local volvo specialist they said the turbo had blown and fitted a new one . On my way home the emissions light came on again ,I phoned the garage and they said it could be oil in the O2 sensor and it should clear its self so I drove home and everything seemed ok until the following morning the car would not start / I called the rac and they tested that there was no 12volts at fuse 11 for the fuel pump , They proved the pump ran by putting a feed to the pump but it did not start . (is there a multi function relay that feeds the pump and say the injectors) any answers would be gratfully recived. adm .

There should be a black 4 wire relay under the hood that controls the fuel pump and injectors.
It might be clipped onto the Coolant bottle.
