940T Upgrades?

I drive a stock '93 940T and i was wondering how i could pump more horses out of the TDO4H-13C Turbocharger.
I wanna get add more hp to get it from 162 to about 200.
I am also getting a GReddy Type RS B.O.V. just for fun.

intake exaust a boost controller and cam/gears
most of it can be made at home or bought at ipdusa.com
