Hey All-

New to the forum...

Recently purchased a 1995 Volvo 940 Turbo Wagon. The heater/AC fan will not work on any speed. Does this sound like the switch, relay or resistor problem? Wondering what is the best way to diagnose.

I would check for power at the blower motor.

 

I had the same problem with my '95 940.
After checking EVERYTHING it ended up being
the simplest fix. It was the last connection from the
switch to the fan. On the exterior of the fan housing
is (if I remember correctly) a three pronged connection
I cleaned it and the connecting plug with emory paper
and electrical cleaning spray. It has worked perfectly every since!
