i have a 1995 volvo 960 with 120 k miles on it

it has been working well in baltimore, md
Recently got it shipped to West Palm Beach, FL

Here the car acts different
the power windows stop working when it is hot outside
also the head lights dont turn on
and instrument panel goes blank
it is difficult to put the car in drive

after outside temp cools below 75, then everything is normal

what is happening here
and what do i need to check
