Default Alternator removal

Looking for a little help here. I’m trying to remove the alternator on my ‘91 240. I’ve loosened the square neck screw on top and the long flange screw on bottom. The alternator will move a little, but not enough to remove my belts.
What am I missing?

if everything is loose including the tensioner bolt.. then maybe some elbow grease is all it takes..
my tensioner is missing so i use a crowbar .. gently ..to move it.

You were right! The bottom bolt needed a little more loosening and then came right off
