Unhappy Bad water pump bearing?

I recently have had a lot of problems with my belts, that i thought i had solved. I either would have them too loose and my battery wouldn't keep charge, or too tight and they would snap off. I thought i had finally tightened them to the perfect amount, no squealing and my battery was keeping charge. I had noticed that my tensioner seemed bent, so i went and replaced it and thats when the whining kinda noise started. At first i thought it was the belts breaking in, as they were not that tight. But after a while i instead bought an OEM tensioner for the alternator belts to see if that was the problem, but the noise persists.

I have a brand new water pump, and im starting to think it might be the water pump bearing?which would really suck. It doesn't overheat or leak, so is it possible that its something else? I have brand new belts, and the noise is coming from the fan area. The noise doesn't start until after the car is almost warmed up, but then i only hear it sometimes while idling or faintly when accelerating.

A bearing noise would be present all the time, not just sometimes. Get a cheap stethoscope and see if you can pinpoint it with that way.

check if it's off kilter. the rubber bushings in the support bracket wear and then it gets misalligned
