Bulb out relay problem?

Default Bulb out relay problem?
My cruise control doesn't work. My brake light do. Bulb out indicator is on "most" of the time. Took relay aparts see no broken solder joints. Have fog light switch and indicator on dash comes on. What do you think?

The relay itself might be bad.
