(okay and yes i have been playing w/ it but the car only has 155k on it and this was the factory clutch, the boost is @ 13.5-14psi and the exhaust is straight through {no mufflers or cat} 2.5", and I built a cold air box under the hood (aluminum), and it has the 25mm rear IPD sway bar, any help on the clutch or installation tips would be greatly appreciated)

Default Reline a clutch disk

Clutches can be resurfaced just like brake shoes used to be. There's a place in Atlanta, for instance (Specialty Clutch Service..(404) 758-4629) that does this. I'd take them my old disk, pressure plate, flywheel, and throwout bearing and it would cost about $100 of which only $20 was for relining the clutch. They'ed true the pressure plate ($20), the flywheel ($20), and provide a new throwout bearing ($20). Don't remember what the last $20 was for but you don't need all of the above anyway. Just call them for a current quote or see if there is a similar service available in your area. Commercial truck operations use these clutch rebuild services daily. (I just called the place above and they told me that relining a Volvo clutch would be $24. I'm sure there are other places that will do similar work for similar money.)
