Dist. removal...

ok so i have had many 240s and the dist. finally went in the drink...but i have no idea how to get it out...easly...i mean i could fight with it and Ive done other volvo dist. but never a 240...any advice?

Sometimes they are a pain spray and work it till it comes out.
