Default EGR temp sensor fault

Got the code for the temp sensor on my 94 940 turbo wagon. Sensor was 286ohms @51F ambient. Put a lighter to it and it dropped like a rock, figued it is OK. I removed and cleaned EGR, checked diaphragm in EGR and EGR control valve both are good, no leaks. Also checked the exhaust gas tubing for blockage end to end, everything is good there. Cleared codes, fired up the car and took a short drive. Check engine stayed off even after the car got warmed up. I leaned heavy on the throttle, brought in some boost, on goes the light! Check the code, 413, EGR temp sensor. Can anyone confirm temp vs OHMs reading I got, Chilton's graph is not that detailed. Can anyone give a direction to check from this point?
Thanks
Joe

Default RE: EGR temp sensor fault

I will see what I can dig up. Might be the same as what you have though.
