Alright people this is what I have a 1980's volvo 240 GL. I found the car at a ranch we just recently purchased. It has a 4 cylinder engine in it currently, I have gotten it running but need some help with finding an engine diagram. I havea lot of miscelanous hoses floating around. I plan on putting a turbo system on the car and need some diagrams with that also. Can anybody give me a hand?

 

I'm pretty sure the turbo version is lower compression, why not get it running right first.

If you could post a photo , or describe, of lost hoses I'm sure someone can tell you where it goes.

You could always plonk a V8 in it if you're into that sort of thing.

Hi, clearly I am no expert, but a short trip to the Library will get you a look through the service manuals they stock rather than shelling out $18 for one in the local parts store. You can also find these on eBay in both hard copy and on cd - probably a good investment if you plan on doing much of the labor yourself. Good luck.
