Default Fuel Injectors not getting power

Hello again everyone, I have a 1986 Volvo 244 DL that is not running and seems keen on staying that way. My fuel injectors are not getting any power and I don’t know where to go from here. It’s an LH 2.2 and they ecu and relay are sending it power/ signal and it’s not getting any of it. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

There are two sets of black wires from the injectors connecting to grounding points on top of the intake manifold. Check those grounding points and cleaned them to ensure good contact. Hope this helps.

Check the white-color fuse holder attached to the left fender just aft the battery. There is a 25v ATC blade fuse that is used for engine management which might affect fuel injectors. The holder is in a vulnerable position that is somewhat exposed to moisture.
