Default Fuel leak under vehicle

94 940T: There is a fuel leak under the car located just about under the driver's seat. It looks like there are a couple of cylindrical canisters with fuel lines going in and out as well as an electrical connection. These are also located and attached to a protective plate that is bolted to the underside of the floor board. I am hoping that someone can let me know how I can temporarily stop the leaking and also find some information, schematics, etc. on the entire set up such that I can take it apart without breaking anything. I have a Chilton (1990-1998) repair manual but this item is not very well covered.

Those two "cylindrical" objects are the inline fuel pump and the fuel filter. Generally, it is the connections that leak, not the actual components them selves. Each unit has an in as well as an out connection. Often a small twist of a wrench will resolve it...but honestly...you're dealing with gasoline here. If you do not feel competent or comfortable, take it to a shop. Often, it can be the small connector from filter to pump...

Thanks for the photo, You would not by any chance have a photo or schematic showing what is beyond the fittings in your photo; particularly the end attached to the fuel filter. I ran out of daylight yesterday and crawled under my car this morning and it appears that the leak is on the fuel pump side beyond the fitting shown on the left side of your photo. Also the electrical connection below the leaking fuel pump fitting doesn't allow me to take a good look at it, or even try to tighten anything. Perhaps a repair shop is the best idea.
