Well You have 2 options.
1. Get a junkyard fuel rail out of a later model 4 cylinder they have a schrader valve setup that a universal guage will work on.
2. Go to the junk yard and cut part of the fuel line out of a junk car and part of the fuel rail and make a setup kind of like a t that will go inline between the fuel line and fuel rail then still has one part left to connect to a guage.
Make sure your fuel rail doesn't have the schrader setup already. It should be like between injector 1 and 2.
