high idle when i stop 1983 b23f

well i bought my 1983 245 b23f did tune up and engine timing right and now it idles high when i come to a stop which leads me to believe there is a faulty sensor

So...was the idle off prior to the tune up? Check your throttle position sensor for proper adjustment..

It ran rough befor the tune up and the timing was off but once I got the timeing better it idles high after I drive around
