High Mileage 245 concerns
I've been looking for a late year manual 240 wagon for a few years now, and I think I may have found the one. It's a 93 245 with an m47, and it's from California (a big plus living in New England). My only concerns are that the car has 320k miles, and the seller mentioned that it shakes over 62 mph (I'm thinking wheel balance or bushings?). My plan is to use the car on a month long cross country skiing trip this winter (I'd use fluid film before letting it see snow) so reliability is very important to me. Is it still worth considering the car? If not I'd love advice on finding a better example

I know Volvos are from Sweden and all that but they suck in snow. I got stuck on Mt. Hood in a 740 with studded snow tires, thought I'd have to wait til spring to get out. Plus snow is very bad for them. If I was to do this type of a trip I'd get a Subaru--not very charming but great in snow!
